Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train a team of 3-4 kitchen staff members to ensure they are meeting our high standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand, walk, and move around the kitchen for extended periods.
