About the Role:

Merkur is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for validating and coordinating engineering works in accordance with priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and coordinate engineering works in accordance with priorities, including design, fabrication, and deployment;
  • Participate in the selection, design, and installation of new equipment for our clients;
  • Contribute to the improvement of equipment efficiency and performance;
  • Ensure project progress by aligning tasks and making technical decisions;
  • Implement best practices in project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering;
  • Knowledge of injection molding, an asset;
  • Ability to travel to client sites in the Greater Montreal area;
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork;
  • Autonomy and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
