As a rapidly growing business, we are seeking a talented Pricing Analyst to join our team.

The Role

The Pricing Analyst will report directly to the Pricing Lead and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of quoting for prospective and existing Sterling benefits clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Pricing team to deliver accurate quoting for new business and upcoming renewals
  • Participating in the development, implementation, standardization, and optimization of Pricing-related processes
  • Contributing to the continuous evolution of Pricing processes within the Revenue Operations department
  • Completing peer reviews for pricing documentation
  • Performing other duties as required to drive Sterling's vision and uphold our values
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Insurance, Technology, or Financial Services industry
  • Experience with data analytics and strong mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical skills in Excel, with experience in data analytics and ability to maneuver through multiple systems
