Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our flagship site in Canada. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to drive transformation in manufacturing excellence and shape a collaborative workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all critical plant functions, including manufacturing operations, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety.
  • Coordinating operational forecasts and identifying financial risks and offsets.
  • Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and building a strong, engaged workforce.
  • Strengthening plant-wide social relations and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience managing or working within a high-capacity manufacturing facility.
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is ideal or similar industry.
  • Extensive manufacturing experience with a strong leadership track record.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
