  • Recording times and other required information
  • Liaising with horsemen, staff, and officials
  • Performing related clerical duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Grade 12 Education or equivalent
  • Knowledge of thoroughbred horse racing operations and regulations preferred
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including good eyesight and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in close proximity to horses, if required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to focus in a busy environment
  • Good organizational abilities and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good oral and written English
  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and honesty
  • Pass a criminal and credit record check by the Gaming and Policy Enforcement Branch (GPEB) - Racing
  • A passion for providing great experiences and memories to our guests
