About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pursuit Development Specialist. As a key member of our marketing and admin department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic pursuit management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pursuits from initiation to selection phases, ensuring timely and high-quality submittals.
  • Manage large teams and meet tight deadlines with precision.
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional results.
  • Evaluate content, edit proposal sections, and complete government forms and client questionnaires.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel and engage with others in-person.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $49,203 - $70,290, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
