Job Title: Indian Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Indian Food Cook to join our team at Leela Indian Food Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
