Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in British Columbia. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with a minimum contract duration of 3 months.

About the Role

As an LPN with Plan A Kamloops/British Columbia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings and facilities. You will work closely with our compassionate and knowledgeable team to deliver safe and effective care to our vulnerable population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards of practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid BCCNM License
  • Valid CPR certification
  • A TB Test done within the past 5 years
  • A Criminal Record Check
  • Compassionate and dependable nature
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work environments
  • Able to provide references from previous supervisors and personal contacts

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $45-$55 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
