The Tattoo Studio Operations Manager plays a vital role at 905 INK Tattoos, overseeing the daily operations of our studio and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Tattoo Studio Operations Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in management, with a focus on staff supervision, budgeting, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and manage the studio's budget, including inventory control and financial planning.
  • Oversee advertising and marketing strategies, negotiating contracts and collaborating with the team to execute campaigns.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the studio's daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
