Logistics Operations Manager

At Load Land Logistics Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 32.5 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve logistics goals.
