About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Modeling Expert to join our team in Canada. This role involves working on large-scale infrastructure projects, utilizing 3D modeling software and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project requirements and develop detailed 3D models
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results
  • Mentor junior staff and provide quality oversight
  • Work in a team environment, coordinating with colleagues across different offices
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a 3D modeler technician in industrial construction projects
  • Strong proficiency in Bentley - MicroStation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in large multidisciplinary construction projects
  • Hydropower and infrastructure design/construction experience
  • Working experience in 3D modeling using Bentley Software (OpenBuilding Designer, OpenPlant Designer, and ProjectWise)
  • Knowledge of applicable Canadian standards and guidelines
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
