Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at 1139343 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our bar staff. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe bar environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage bar stock, including spirits, mixers, and other supplies, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bar staff to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a Safe Food Handling certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for long periods.
