Culinary Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited & Shawarma. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
