About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Scheduler to join our team at IBI Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the complex analysis and review of project schedules and other documentation, utilizing Primavera P6 or similar software, and generating reports and presentations for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Project Schedules: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, including developing and managing master schedules for program needs and reporting.
  • Conduct Schedule Analysis: Perform schedule qualitative and quantitative analysis, and develop/maintain/monitor risk registers to identify potential scheduling issues and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules.
  • Communicate with Clients: Attend meetings and advise clients of construction progress and any related cost implications, and develop potential recovery plans for time and cost.
  • Review and Analyze Construction Claims: Review and analyze construction claims and provide opinions, advice, and reports on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Develop Technical Reports: Write and develop technical reports, charts, and graphs to support and present analyses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on Primavera P6 or similar schedule experience, managing design and construction projects, and knowledge in engineering and construction work process and activity sequence.
  • Understanding of Critical Path Analysis: Understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in transportation and transit projects, including major projects, P3s, and APDs, experience with RFI's, RFQ process, Earned Value progress, Time Impact Analysis, and Program Management.
