Job Title: Concrete Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Competition Concrete Inc. as a concrete finisher.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement.
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete.
  • Levels top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
  • Waterproofs, damp proofs, and restores surfaces.
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and physical stamina required.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
