Paulco Landscaping is a locally founded and owned company that has served the Bow Valley for over 25 years. We are currently looking for reliable, hard-working personnel who are keen to work outside as a team to build different landscape designs.

Prior work experience is always an added bonus but we do offer onsite training of skid-steer operations and small engine operations.

**Responsibilities/ Skills**:

- Learning and following safety regulations
- Clean and preparing construction sites to eliminate potential hazards
- Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications
- Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications.
- Smooth or finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools.
- Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement.
- Fencing operations: Chain link, highway fencing, and temporary mesh snow fences.
- Prepping and forming concrete cribbing for sidewalks, stairs, and driveway
- Operating chop saws to cut and free cement or concrete
- Planting trees and shrubs to match the project plans
- Operate skid-steer loaders, excavators, plate tampers
- Building and putting together timber and rock retaining walls

**Education Needed**:
High School Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
