Graphic Designer/Signage Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Signage Production Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our team at FASTSIGNS. As a key member of our design and production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communications solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize daily tasks to efficiently manage workflow and meet deadlines.
- Inspect jobs for accuracy and quality before sending them to production.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all equipment, including computers, plotters, and printers.
- Prepare substrates for application and perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting.
- Install signs and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Follow company policies and procedures, and adhere to business ethics codes.
- Create proofs and send them to clients using our online proofing system.
- Unload raw materials, clean storage areas, and load materials onto printers and laminators.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, and layouts for print reproduction.
- 3+ years of experience in sign production and graphic design.
- Advanced level of experience using Adobe applications.
- Strong communication and math skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to use light power equipment and work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
