We're seeking a Retail Operations Manager to support day-to-day store operations and ensure a consistently surprising and delightful client experience. As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with retail leaders to provide resources and support as needed, ensuring a consistent and exceptional client experience.
You will shine in this role with 3-5 years of retail experience, including process management experience such as inventory control, or a combination of experience and some post-secondary education. Supervisory experience is not required but would be considered an asset. The ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Hourly Pay Range: $16.96-$19.00 (dependent on location and experience)
