Agricultural Laborer Job Description

Aber-Bel Farms Ltd. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Laborer to join our team. As an Agricultural Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop cultivation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvest seedlings and crops to ensure timely production
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to crops as needed
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth
  • Write daily progress reports to track crop development
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient crop production
Work Environment:

Agricultural Laborers work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
