Key Responsibilities:- Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
- Harvest seedlings and crops to ensure timely production
- Mix and apply fertilizers to crops as needed
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth
- Write daily progress reports to track crop development
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient crop production
Agricultural Laborers work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
