About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farmhand to join our team at Aber-Bel Farms Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvest seedlings and crops, ensuring high-quality produce
  • Mix and apply fertilizers, taking care to follow safety protocols
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, maintaining a high level of crop health
  • Write daily progress reports, detailing tasks completed and any challenges faced
  • Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Fertilize and spray crops, using equipment and machinery safely and effectively
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role, requiring the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
