Security Supervisor

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Train and develop security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role will involve working with a team of security personnel, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure that security protocols are aligned with company policies and procedures.
