Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant for Marketing Support to provide administrative and marketing support to our marketing team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and provide feedback
  • Assist in the development of content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
  • Research and identify potential marketing opportunities and trends
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Manage and update customer databases and marketing lists
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
