Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant for Marketing Support to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development of content for various marketing channels
  • Research and identify potential marketing opportunities to expand our reach
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
