Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Provide legendary service to our members through various communication channels
- Manage the development and direction of team members
- Oversee sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and sales for the department
- Provide training to gas bar clerks for all store duties and opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Complete daily reports and reconciliations
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems
- Ensure department image and brand standards are maintained
- Perform minor repairs to assets as required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3+ years of retail sales experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and work with team members
- Experience with C-Store/Gas Bar operations and general merchandise items
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Point of Sale experience
- Valid Class 5 license and reliable vehicle
