Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Susan Smith. As a key member of our mental health services, you will provide high-quality care to children and adolescents in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a full-time community mental health practice in Fort McMurray.
- Provide hospital on-call support assistance as per call schedules.
- Offer psychiatric services through Tele-Medicine or other telecommunication methods to communities with high mental health needs.
- Contribute to teaching programs and activities.
- Participate in leadership and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Specialized or experienced in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Eligibility for Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent).
- Preference given to applicants who do not require or have completed the CPSA Preliminary Clinical Assessment.
