Job Summary

Niagara Health is seeking a visionary Chief of Staff/Executive Vice President, Medical Affairs to drive the transformation of hospital care in the region. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will oversee strategic and operational initiatives related to professional staff, ensuring the delivery of world-class care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Physician Chiefs to foster a culture of excellence in patient care, upholding core values and promoting innovation.
  • Provide leadership to NH's professional staff, including credentialed physicians, midwives, and dentists, and be accountable for matters concerning medical quality.
  • Oversee strategic and operational corporate initiatives as they relate to professional staff, ensuring alignment with the hospital's strategic plan.
  • Partner with academic institutions to support and grow medical education at NH, driving innovation and quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful leadership within hospital or health system settings.
  • Exceptional and inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with medical leaders and frontline physicians.
  • Dynamic communication skills, with the ability to champion concerns and ideas, and effectively translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Impressive credentials in senior medical leadership and clinical practice.
