Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Test Environment Management: Manage and maintain test environments, including test tools such as TestRail.
  • Test Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete test documentation, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and test team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, utilizing strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Lead and guide team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a QA Test Analyst, with a strong background in software quality control concepts and defect resolution processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern test tools, such as TestRail, and experience with test case management, requirements, inventory, defect tracking, and results documentation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and ability to apply this knowledge to ensure effective testing and quality assurance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve successful project delivery.

What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate range of $45-$70, based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
