Job Summary:


This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a branch setting, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate service and advice. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be knowledgeable about TD's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts, discussing their financial goals and objectives, and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sales and customer service targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and TD's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on TD's products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, adhering to TD's values and code of conduct.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant experience an asset.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of TD's products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer service and results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
