Job Title: Cleaning and Service Technician

Grill Hero is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Service Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning and Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cleaning and maintaining barbecues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain barbecues at commercial and residential properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Upsell products and add-ons to increase revenue
  • Book future appointments and maintain a schedule
  • Maintain and organize company supplies and equipment
  • Represent the company on the ground and promote our services
Requirements:
  • Able to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
  • High attention to detail
Compensation:
  • Starting at $19 + tips + incentives (most make $20-$25/hr)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives
  • Tips
  • Mileage incurred during operations is compensated on top of hourly pay
