Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

JUST GEORGE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Dependability, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
