Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Baseline Chicken Foods Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
