Tolko Industries is seeking a Forestry Superintendent to play a key role in coordinating a sustainable supply of fibre to our manufacturing facilities. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing large-scale projects and coordinating staff to innovate and deliver organizational results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of forest professionals responsible for establishing landscape-level plans to facilitate forest development and subsequent harvesting programs.
  • Lead and manage operational relationships with Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and the public to secure fibre for Tolko's manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead landscape-level planning initiatives and strategic coordination to support operational timber development.
  • Take a lead role in transitioning from Tolko's Forest Stewardship Plan into Forest Landscape Level Plans across the Cariboo Region.
