Job Overview

This production assembler role with Kelly Services will have you working on-site at Pratt & Whitney Canada in Enfield, Nova Scotia. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for assembling components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a team environment, setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate assembly and quality control.
  • Clean work equipment and area, maintaining a safe and respectful workspace.
  • Complete and update paperwork, including documents on a computer, as required.
  • Adhere to outlined policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in manufacturing, preferably with manual machines and tools.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Possession of CSA safety footwear (steel toe boots).

Location and Schedule:

This position is based in Enfield, Nova Scotia, and requires rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
