Absorb the opportunity to lead Abbotsford Christian School as its Executive Director / Head of School. As the chief administrator, you will be directly accountable to the ACS Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the ACS Board on policy, decision-making, and long-range planning.
  • Implement policies, decisions, and plans using available staff, community, and financial resources.
  • Model ACS' core values and beliefs, adhering to the ACS Community Standards.
  • Inspire innovative education, foster team synergy, and operate as a servant leader.
  • Motivate, encourage, challenge, hold accountable, and empower the ACS Leadership Team.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, patience, honesty, and wisdom in all interactions.
  • Communicate the vision and educational philosophy of ACS to staff, the ACS Society, the wider Christian community, and the provincial government.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be aligned with ACS' core values and beliefs and adhere to the ACS Community Standards.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000, plus an extensive benefits package, and is dependent on an applicant's qualifications and experiences.
