Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Private Household. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our private residence, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, stock linen closets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings, and cleaning changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Housekeeping room attendant certification
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Overtime may be required, and the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is necessary.
