About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Jagdish Dattani. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Chores: Make beds, change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment

As a Domestic Housekeeper at Jagdish Dattani, you will work in a non-smoking environment, primarily in our private residence in an urban area.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
