Maintenance Worker - Building

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Make adjustments and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
