About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to support business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional and support staff to ensure effective delivery of business development services.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including conducting analytical marketing studies and reviewing commercial or industrial development proposals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including planning development projects, responding to enquiries from the business community, and evaluating customer service and store environments.
  • Research and Analysis: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business development strategies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote business growth and development.
  • Presentation and Communication: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
