About the Role:

Dust Bee Gone Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Stock linen closets and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work setting: Office building, cleaning service company, various locations, commercial building, hospital/medical facility or clinic, school or educational institution/establishment.
