About the Role:

Dust Bee Gone Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Clean changing rooms and showers

Work Environment:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
