Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to transportation operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35-40 hours per week.
