Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor Performance: Track driver performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all drivers adhere to company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Train and Develop: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster strong relationships with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The language of work is English.
