At Young Fellas Construction Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates
  • Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers
  • Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress
  • Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control
  • Reading blueprint, schemas, and drawings
  • Planning and managing budgets
  • Directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Developing and implementing quality control programs
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. The position is permanent, with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English, and the job is classified as a green job, with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
