**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business and strong leadership and people management abilities. They'll be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and the service provided by the store team is friendly, efficient, and accurate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all products and displays in the store are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
  • Participating in regular meetings and providing updates on store initiatives
  • IDentifying new customers and revenue opportunities for the store

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once

**Compensation & Benefits**

This is a competitive opportunity with an annual pay range of $65K - $85K based on store performance and experience, including base salary and commissions. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
