As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our reconditioning and returns processes, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Develop and implement efficient processes for reconditioning and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of returns staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all reconditioned products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Oversee the logistics of all materials, ensuring that they are properly stored and managed to avoid mix-ups and congestion.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our reconditioning and returns services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, productivity, and quality control metrics.
- Education: High school education required; 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate Excel skills required.
- Certifications: Valid forklift license and relevant field experience.
