Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Elafon Mechanical Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to team members
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows
