We are a leader in commercial construction management and general contracting, specializing in tenant improvements, multifamily developments, and large-scale renovations. Our projects span fitness centers, restaurants, retail spaces, and more, all built with precision and care.

The **Foreman** will oversee and participate in on-site construction operations, coordinating all field activities and ensuring projects are executed to our high standards. This role works closely with site personnel, project managers, and subcontractors to meet project goals on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Construct a variety of different project elements such as forming, framing, falsework, scaffolding, safety elements, and site setup.
  • Promote and enforce on-site safety protocols, conducting regular safety checks.
  • Lead and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to address challenges and maintain progress.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Evaluate project milestones and site activities for thorough documentation.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in a construction supervisory role, preferably in residential multifamily, commercial new construction, or renovation projects.
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent trade qualification is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software is a plus.
