Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Lead for Pensions will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies for our pension administration systems. This role requires a deep understanding of pension plan texts, regulations, and system processes, as well as experience in auditing, testing, and quality reviews.

You will lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and propose effective solutions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify root causes of problems and develop strategic plans to address them.

A collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills, you will foster a culture of quality and excellence within the team. Experience in project management, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or Power BI.
