We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Support Specialist to join our team at Dr. Kamaljit Sekhon Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to maintain accurate records and files.

The Clinical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and performing general clerical duties. They will also be required to interview patients to obtain case histories and determine office procedures and routines.

The Healthcare Support Professional will work closely with our medical staff to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. They will be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and entering medical reports and correspondence into our electronic system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Schedule appointments and confirm with patients
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
