We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our corporate office, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete patient surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Customize survey tools for use in specialty programs, such as clinics and palliative care
- Manage patient concerns and escalate as necessary
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ years of experience working with data
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
