We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our corporate office, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete patient surveys and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Customize survey tools for use in specialty programs, such as clinics and palliative care
  • Manage patient concerns and escalate as necessary

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience working with data
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
